Talking about the exam, you need to get a valid CPR certification and must be 18 years of age to be eligible to sit in the exam. The exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions where 25 out of them are experimental questions and do not impact the scoring in a positive or negative way.
To pass the ACE personal trainer certification exam you need to score at least 500 out of 800 total marks for which you get 3 hours of time (4 and half hours in case English is not your first language). But just in case you missed out on scoring 500 on the first attempt you can re-appear for your exam by submitting the Re-appear fee.
